Pre Paid acount

To set up a pre-paid support account with NISS, please complete the following form.

A support account will:

  • Give access to the best Technical Support Services
  • Give access to the support portal where you can create, view and update support requests

How NISS pre-paid accounts work:

  • Any product supplied, including technical support, equipment, licenses, software, etc., agreed to, will be debited from your pre-paid account
  • A low balance warning is generated and emailed to you when your balance falls below a pre-set limit
  • A top-up invoice will be generated and emailed to you when you balance is low
  • Any support over the pre-paid amount will be charged and invoiced seperatly
