Network Integration and Support services, NISS, is a business that specialises in providing support to small and medium business.  NISS supplies the same technologies and capabilities that a big business have to all users and their businesses, no matter how small they are.  The big business, enterprise technologies deployed are made possible by modern cloud-based solutions, being agile and hot having legacy systems in place.

NISS operates on the same infrastructure it supports and deploys to its end users. We integrate, we make it talk and work. We support our customers.

A N Morrell Pty Ltd, trading as Network Integration and Support Services, was founded by Andrew Morrell in July1997.  NISS is the second incarnation of Andrew’s managed service provider business.  The initial business Help Base grew up from a need of others.  Its customers asked and it did.  Help Base was sold to Artis Group in 2012

Director Andrew Morrell has been operating as an IT solutions provider since 1997. The business was first formed writing LOB applications for the rag trade and commercial cleaning industry. Customers asked for solutions and problems fixing, and this lead to network integration field that Andrew now operates in.

Today NISS is a partnership between three people. Shane Dalgliesh, Matin Ebrahimi and Andrew Morrell. Matin is our Business Development Manager, Shane our Senior Technical Architect, Andrew is Director, Level 3 Engineer and solutions provider.

Matin heads up the sales and business development for NISS.  He has a wealth of experience in the distributor arm of the IT industry including Ingram Micro, Express Data, Expressonline, and Ricoh.

NISS’s technical and support services are now added to Matin’s extensive experience in vendor management across a diverse product range.
